The art of being bored

It´s called the art of being bored, totally legit.

Hi everyone, I´m back. Yes, me. Over the time since I posted my last blog (Click here, please comment too!) I have gotten a lot better over this whole situation since I found out WITHOUT a test that I don´t have the corona virus. YAY! I have a problem, though, and you probably have the same issue. You saw the title, right? Yeah, The art of being bored. That´s my problem. I´m getting SO BORED, that I think I´m losing myself. At this point, I´m just relying on YouTube videos. Well.. uh... you can tell, right?

  1. Hi Tyler,
Mrs McIntyre here, I teach in Whakarua.
Yes boredom is going to be a problem for a few people. Do you like to bake? Maybe you could do some chores around the house (when you are so bored, even chores are fun). Do you like art? You could have a go at doing this, it looks hard but it quite easy after you've practised it a wee bit.

You could also try some of the home learning activities that your teachers have made for you. Learning is also a fun thing to do when you are bored.
    YOU CAN DO THIS!

  2. Hey Mrs McIntyre! About baking, yes, baking is very very fun. In my opinion, 3rd best thing to do for me at home. ESPECIALLY PANCAKES!!! (They are my favorite) I saw Mrs Jones's email to all people in her homeroom (including me) and sounds like ALL the teachers (mayb not all) are having at least somewhat of a good time. I am OK with art, just because I am sort of..GARBAGE at art but I do enjoy it. I am also doing a lot of the home learning stuff, just not blogging. Unlikely but maybe, just maybe, I will have a blog up in the next week or so.
Thanks for the comment, love hearing from anyone at this point :)
    Hope you are doing great,

  3. Hi Tyler, I love the title for your blog post, it made me laugh. I understand that you're bored, I am too. But I'm keeping busy by doing lots of little things, like a puzzle and doing some work too. Remember to check the home learning site. As I have you for reading and maths, you can share any work that you've done for reading and maths with me, I'd love to see it (even if you don't blog it). We don't expect you to blog everything and remember you're allowed to play video games and watch You Tube (it's the holidays at the moment). Let me know what you get up to, to stop yourself being bored!

  4. Hi Miss McLeod! Everyone is bored at the moment, as proved. I am doing lots of stuff too now, like playing on my Wii Nintendo and going for lots and lots of walks. My mum even got a Harry Potter puzzle!
Yeah, I am trying to get my mum to help me with those Easter egg biscuits and she might go get the Ingredients tomorrow. :)
