T4 Art - Jungle Prints and Facts about Henri Rousseau

Hello again readers, second blog in less than an hour.. wow.

Over the past week or two in art we have been doing jungle prints. It has been quite frustrating but at the same time fun, having to trace and colour to perfection. I spent about 4 days tracing, then another 4 colouring. I tried to put a lot of different colours into the scene for variety. Here is my work.

T4 Art - Foreground, Middle Ground and Background + Facts

Hello readers. On Monday in art we learnt about the foreground, middle ground and background in photos. We each had a photo of Henri Rousseau's painting and we had to cut out the foreground, middle ground and background and point out the different plants and stuff. Here is my work.

As you can see, we had to point the different things out in the different grounds and notice the differences.

FACTS -

1. One of his most popular artworks were The Sleeping Gypsy.

2.His first published painting was created in 1886.

3.

Well I hope you enjoyed reading this blog and I'll see you next time.

mid-term art reflection

Hello readers, my name is Tyler Redmond and here is my mid term art reflection. I hope you ENJOY!

1.This term in art we have been doing a lot of stuff in art. Here's just a mid term reflecc. (reflection in meme language) Oh also I will be doing a recap on what we did when I get to the chapter.

2. Flip books - I did a flip book about a man who witnesses a tornado. He captures it all on camera and gets so excited that he explodes..

3 . Scenario choice - Me and my group (Kamen Rogers and Bryce Clemett) made a google drawing/story called ALIEN story. Yes, you heard it. The story is about an army of aliens who were fake but they were releasing bad worms into people's brains and making them see aliens.

4.  Character development - this ugly booger thing. A person in our group found an SCP and put it here. I still think it's an ugly booger.

5. Ideas I have for scenery - mountains I guess.. I can't really think of anything else. MOUNTAINS IT IS! I plan to put in some sun too, and maybe a road. Kind of like the highway into Radiator Springs in Cars, but just a single road.

6. Pinching out a figure - I learnt that clay is not as easy to build with as I first thought. The clay was apparently heavily used and recycled, so it was close to solid and also close to impossible to pinch out a figure. I ended out pinching a head.

Thanks for reading this blog, time to go waste my life on better things..I guess
